I’m Peter Kirk
I’ve spent much of my life trying to find my way seeking acceptance, trying to blend in.
Born to Tibetan and Scottish parents, I grew up across cultures, often as the outsider. I learned to move, adapt, and integrate into new surroundings, while quietly facing the invisible weight of not knowing exactly where I belonged. Discrimination, inner struggles, and a deepening spiritual awareness shaped me as much as my formal education, career moves, and achievements.
On the outside, I followed the path: school, university, professional success. I built a career across the UK, Spain, and Switzerland working in start-ups and global corporations. I led teams, managed crises, and supported others through change. But beneath all that, a quieter set of questions kept calling.
At Clarity Compass, I create space for individuals and organizations to grow from the inside out. I help people reconnect with who they are becoming, and support them to lead with more consciousness, courage, and care.
This isn’t just coaching. It’s a space to come home to yourself.

If you want to…
... go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. But in today’s world, perhaps it’s more like: “If you want to go fast, go alone with AI; if you want to go far, go together - with humans & IA.” I’ve often felt the inspiration, energy & fun, but also the...
